EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 05:00 AM until 09:00 PM EDT (-4:00 GMT). During this scheduled maintenance period, EBSCOadmin will be unavailable. This includes Holdings Management, Reports & Statistics, Authentication updates or any other actions an administrator would normally complete within EBSCOadmin.
During this time the following services will also be impacted:
• No new personal user accounts can be created and existing personal users cannot edit their information - including performing a password reset.
• EBSCOadmin Self-Service functionality in EBSCO Connect will not be available until the service window is complete.
• Order processing will be delayed until the service window is complete. This will impact any new database, e-book, etc. orders.
• Users may experience issues logging into the EBSCO Audiobooks mobile app during this service window.

All EBSCOhost databases and interfaces will be available for the duration of the service window and all existing personal users will be able to access all products and folders.
