All e-books and magazines available prior to the start of the upgrade window will not be affected. New orders or issues will be affected as follows:

Flipster: New issues for existing orders and new magazines ordered during this period will not be available until after the update is complete.

EBSCO eBooks: New e-books ordered during this period will not be available until after the update is complete.
