Update - Please note, this maintenance which was previously scheduled for Thursday, February 27th, 2020 will now occur on March 5th. Please see the maintenance details below.

EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance to the Dynamic Health Workplace Skills module on Thursday, March 5th from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM EST (-5:00 GMT).

You can create custom skills during this maintenance window, but the status of these newly created skills during the maintenance window will remain in a PENDING state until the update is complete and full service resumes. We anticipate resuming full service by 3 p.m. EST. At that time, custom skills in a pending state will be published accordingly.

Scheduled - On Thursday, February 20, 2020, for approximately 1 hour, the download function for EBSCO eBooks will be unavailable while our technology teams perform a software update. Additionally, eBooks that are currently downloaded offline to Adobe Digital Editions or a mobile app, and have not yet been opened, will not be accessible during the update. The service window is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. We appreciate your patience while we perform this work.
