On Saturday August 15th, 2020, EBSCOadmin will be unavailable while we perform software updates. The service window is scheduled begin at 7 a.m. EDT (-4:00 GMT) and you will experience interrupted access to your EBSCOadmin account until the upgrade is complete and full service resumes. We anticipate resuming full service by 2 p.m. EDT.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on EBSCOhost® Collection Manager (ECM), our ordering and content delivery system for EBSCO eBooks™, EBSCO Audiobooks™ and Flipster® products beginning today, August 3rd, 2020 at 5PM EDT and running until 9 pm EDT of Tuesday August 4th (-4:00 GMT). During this maintenance window, ECM will not be available.

Service to eBooks, Audiobooks & Flipster on EBSCOhost and end users will not be interrupted during this time.

Scheduled - EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 05:00 AM until 09:00 PM EDT (-4:00 GMT). During this scheduled maintenance period, EBSCOadmin will be unavailable. This includes Holdings Management, Reports & Statistics, Authentication updates or any other actions an administrator would normally complete within EBSCOadmin.

During this time the following services will also be impacted:

• No new personal user accounts can be created and existing personal users cannot edit their information - including performing a password reset.
• EBSCOadmin Self-Service functionality in EBSCO Connect will not be available until the service window is complete.
• Order processing will be delayed until the service window is complete. This will impact any new database, e-book, etc. orders.
• Users may experience issues logging into the EBSCO Audiobooks mobile app during this service window.

Please refer back to this page (https://status.ebsco.com/incidents/9t3l4y9xw24v) as additional items may be added to the impact statement as teams prepare the software update.

All EBSCOhost databases and interfaces will be available for the duration of the service window and all existing personal users will be able to access all products and folders.
