Update - REMINDER: During the week of May 5-12, 2021, we will be upgrading key pieces of the EBSCO eBooks and EBSCO Audiobooks systems which are integral to ordering, fulfillment, DDA triggering, and user access. This upgrade will ensure long-term system stability and our ability to meet your needs.

During this timeframe, users will be able to read eBooks online and download chapters, read previously downloaded eBooks and audiobooks, and customers will be able to place orders through GOBI, OASIS, Rialto, and Mackin. We recommend placing any time-sensitive orders in advance to ensure they are available as desired.

Investigating - OCLC has received and begun processing the URL changes from “http” to “https” for EBSCO eBook and audiobook collections. Initially, OCLC anticipated that all changes would be completed within two weeks, which would include the updates applied to its WorldShare Collection Manager and corresponding MARC records. However, the processing of these changes isn’t complete. Therefore, libraries’ holdings updates and MARC records delivery will continue to be delayed for approximately two additional weeks as the URL change finishes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Investigating - EBSCO Customer Support has received reports of an issue with Additional Services. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue and we will update this page when more information is available.

Ping SSO users are encountering an error when attempting to access EBSCO. This is occurring via the Guest Access banner and through URLs with the SSO authtype.

Scheduled - EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance from Thursday, April 8 to Friday, April 26. During this time, changes made to the eBook and audiobook settings in Site/Group Maintenance in EBSCOadmin will not sync to the EBSCO Mobile App or the New Discovery Service interface. Changes to settings will continue to sync to EBSCOhost and existing EBSCO Discovery Service as usual during this time.
