Update - Our development team continues to investigate the issue impacting ***EDS (Classic Interface)*** and are currently working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we would like to provide a temporary workaround.
To implement the work around, please follow the below instructions or submit a ticket through EBSCO Connect to open a ticket for support.
-Please go into the affected profile
-Select the “Viewing Results Tab”
-Scroll down to “Show Clustered Results”
-Switch to No
