EBSCO will be performing maintenance to the personalization database on Thursday, March 21st from 7:00 am to 8:00 am EDT (11:00 am - 12:00 pm UTC). During this time, users will be able to access EBSCO interfaces using personal user authentication, however, they will be logged in as institutional users.
In addition, the following features may be unavailable during the maintenance window:
Classic user interfaces (EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service, Reference Centers, Nursing Reference Center Plus, etc.) * Folders/Custom Folders * Search and journal alerts * Saved searches * Saved persistent links * eBook checkouts and holds * Saved preferences * Important notes (Nursing Reference Center Plus only)
New user interfaces/EBSCO Mobile app (New EBSCO Discovery Service, New EBSCOhost, Explora) * Projects (including Add to project feature) * Saved articles (including the ability to save articles to the Dashboard) * Saved searches * eBook checkouts and holds * Liked items
