EBSCO Interfaces - System Maintenance Jan 9, 2026 11:00-13:00 UTC

EBSCO will perform scheduled maintenance on Friday, January 9th, starting at 6:00 AM EDT (11:00 AM UTC) and it is expected to be completed in approximately 2 hours.

During the maintenance window, there will be a brief interruption in the availability of the products listed below. Customers using these products will lose access for a duration that is expected to last approximately 10 minutes. Access should be automatically restored once the maintenance work is complete.

Scheduled - EBSCO will perform maintenance work on eBook Manager on Monday, December 15th starting at 9 AM ET (2 PM UTC) and it is expected to be completed in approximately four hours. During this maintenance window, the Export functionality in eBook Manager's My Collection feature will be disabled for all customers. The Export option will be automatically enabled for all customers once the maintenance work is complete.

Please note: This scheduled maintenance will have no impact to end user access to EBSCO eBooks or any other functionality in eBook Manager or other EBSCO products.

Scheduled - EBSCO will perform scheduled maintenance on the EBSCO eBooks system on Monday, December 8th, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM ET (12:00 PM UTC) and it is expected to be completed in approximately 5 hours.

During the maintenance window, users will not be able to download DRM-protected eBooks. However, users will be able to read eBooks online, download chapters, and read existing checkouts offline.
