Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.

Scheduled - On Monday, June 8th, beginning at 2:30 AM ET (6:30 AM UTC), EBSCO will perform scheduled maintenance on EBSCO Experience Manager (EEM) and EBSCO's Implementation Tool for OpenAthens Customers. Both EEM and EBSCO's implementation tool will be available during this time, however users may intermittently receive errors and be logged out. They will need to reauthenticate.

Please note this scheduled maintenance does not affect OpenAthens authentication into EBSCO products.

On Thursday, June 11th, beginning at 2:30 AM ET (6:30 AM UTC), EBSCO will perform scheduled maintenance on EBSCO eBooks, Flipster, Find my Organization, and EBSCO's authentication services. While these services will be available during this time, users may intermittently receive errors and be logged out. They will need to reauthenticate.

Scheduled - EBSCONET will undergo a planned system interruption from 22 May 2026 to 29 May 2026. The system will be accessible in a read-only format, ensuring visibility of all previous orders, claims, and invoice information. All new transactional activities including order placement, renewals, claim submission, and account updates will be unavailable while we complete our scheduled system updates.

Full functionality, including order processing, claims submission, and renewals, will resume on 29 May 2026.
